At Elfi Handmade, every piece is carefully crafted with love and attention. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If something’s not right, here’s how we can help:

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll make it right!
