At Elfi Handmade, each piece is made with love and care. We aim to ship your order as quickly and safely as possible, while still preserving the handmade quality you love.

Processing Time

  • All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to carefully prepare and pack your order.

  • During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • USA Domestic Orders:
    Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders:
    Delivery times vary by destination, usually between 7–21 business days.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Fees 

  • Free shipping on orders $85 and up (U.S. only). Free shipping on orders $150 and up (International)

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Customs & Import Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
